🎯 YOUR DAY TO DAY

You'll run the day-to-day operations of Truvid's video supply and demand stack: our Google Ad Manager networks, our waterfalls and our SSP/DSP partners. You'll keep our premium inventory healthy, compliant and growing.

You'll be the go-to person on ad ops for partners, media and account teams, and R&D. That means setting things up, fixing what breaks and finding the next revenue uplift. This is a hands-on role. You'll work in GAM, our admin and partner platforms every day, and report to the Director of Business Development.

🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Ad server and yield: Run our GAM networks (pricing rules, key-values, ad units, MCM), set up and QA waterfalls and demand tags, and A/B test changes.
• Demand partners: Own SSP/DSP relationships (integrations, Prebid/oRTB, tags, reporting), execute optimization plans, run POCs and spot scaling opportunities.
• Supply quality: Act on daily alerts, take discrepancies to root cause, and own ads.txt, sellers.json and IVT compliance.

 🎯 WHO ARE YOU

You're a hands-on ad ops pro who'd rather be in GAM than in a strategy deck. When numbers don't match, you dig until you find out why. You ask why a setup exists before you change it, and you close every partner thread you open. You get other teams moving with clear asks and solid data, and you're comfortable working with partners across time zones.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years in ad operations at a publisher, video network, SSP or ad-tech intermediary. Video experience (VAST, IMA, instream and outstream) is a must.
• Hands-on Google Ad Manager experience: pricing rules, key-values, ad units and reporting.
• Hands-on cross-optimization on the SSP/DSP side, in at least two SSP platforms.
• Working knowledge of Prebid and OpenRTB, ads.txt, sellers.json and schain.
• You've investigated and resolved reporting discrepancies, and you're fluent in gross vs. net and timezone alignment.
• Native or equivalent English, written and spoken. Comfortable working with partners in Asia, Europe and the US.
• Organized enough to keep many partner threads moving to closure at once.
• Able to move other teams with data and clear asks, without formal authority. 

🎯 NICE TO HAVE

• SQL or BI tools.
• Google Open Bidding, Xandr or other DSP platforms.
• Experience at a 30 to 80 person ad-tech company.

This is a full-time position requiring 4 days per week in our Ra'anana office.
