Email Marketing Specialist (Coordinator)

*Role Overview:*

As our *Email Marketing Specialist (Coordinator)*, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating the various aspects of our email marketing initiatives to drive engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty. You'll work closely with our marketing team to execute A/B tests, analyze performance data, and ensure the smooth operation of email flows. Additionally, you'll collaborate with our design and copywriting teams to deliver compelling content that resonates with our audience.

*Responsibilities:*
* Coordinate A/B tests to optimize email performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Analyze heat maps and other analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern within our email campaigns.
* Monitor and troubleshoot email flows to ensure seamless delivery and functionality.
* Coordinate with designers and copywriters to develop visually appealing and engaging email content.
* Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of our email marketing efforts.
* Support the implementation of innovative strategies to enhance our email campaigns.

*Requirements:*
* Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
* Experience working with Email Service Providers (ESPs) such as Klaviyo, Flashy, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
* Proven track record of success in supporting email marketing initiatives.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
