The IT Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that align with the companys business objectives. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure IT solutions. The Solution Architect will play a key role in defining the architecture of IT systems, ensuring they are aligned with the companys strategic goals and technology standards. Architecture Design: o Develop and design IT architecture solutions that meet business needs while ensuring the optimal use of resources and compliance with IT governance and security standards. Technology Evaluation: o Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks that can enhance the companys IT landscape and support its long-term strategy. Stakeholder Collaboration: Solution Development: Document Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 4-10 years of experience in IT architecture, solution design, and implementation, with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and act tactically. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven leadership abilities with experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
