We are seeking a talented software/data/AI engineer to join our multidisciplinary department of Big Data & AI and be the tech leader of Generative AI domain
You will have the unique opportunity to impact on the technological landscape and create a comprehensive solution, frameworks, tools and services which will serve a wide range of applications, including content consumption & generation, NLP, and computer vision
You will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing the use-cases from draft to production, meeting both the challenges and the promises that come with the newest AI technologies

Responsibilities:
Make ideas happen:
Convert ideas and needs from design into reality
Understand the needs and requirements, learn new domains, analyze alternatives, and provide solutions
Hands-on:
Architect solutions that including handling diverse data types, supporting large-scale parallel processing, and facilitating massive inference
Develop and integrate data preprocessing pipelines for training/ embedding/fine-tuning generative models
Build services & leverage open-source tools/models (software, AI engineering, Prompt engineering, Data engineering, micro-services) which will be part of the whole framework
Design and deploy monitoring systems to track the performance of deployed models, ensuring robustness and reliability (responsible AI)
Contribute to documentation efforts, code reviews, and knowledge sharing activities to promote best practices
Serve as domain expert:
Be technical leader and mentor to a group of engineers
Be the main focal point across the company
Grow:
Stay on the latest advancements in generative AI technologies, learn new skills, evaluating their applicability and potential impact on our products
Collaborate:
Work closely with data scientists, researchers, data engineers and domain experts (core group & customers), to understand requirements and formulate strategies tailored to GenAI applications
Identify and prioritize GenAI-driven initiatives that align with business objectives

דרישות המשרה
Requirements:
Education: B.sc / M.sc in computer science or equivalent
Experience:
Proven hands-on experience (3+ years) around AI domains (data/AI engineering), with a demonstrated track record of designing and implementing scalable data infrastructure for AI applications (ML,DL, GenAI) - Must
You have developed and deployed AI solutions with tools and frameworks which involves LLMs & frameworks with hands-on experience in data processing – Must
Proven experience in prompt engineering concepts, libraries, capabilities on production scale – Must
Proven experience in developing RAG architecture including embeddings and VectorDB for leveraging LLMs with private data - Must
Proven experience of LLM models fine-tune for adapting LLMs with private data – Must
Coding: Python – Must
Working with: Linux, Docker, micro-services – Must
Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment – Must
Passion for innovation in exploring the frontiers of generative AI technology - Must
Excellent problem-solving skills and architectural trade-offs in the context of generative AI applications
Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers
