We're looking for a hands-on Forward Deployed AI Engineer who loves building technology, enjoys understanding business problems and wants to see their solutions working in the real world.

You'll work directly with customers to understand their challenges, design the right technical approach and turn ideas into working solutions.

This role brings together AI engineering, enterprise architecture and automation. You'll be involved throughout the entire process, from understanding the business problem and choosing the right technologies to hands-on development, integration, deployment and continuous improvement.

AI & Automation Engineering

• Design and develop AI-powered applications, intelligent automations, AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Build LLM-based solutions using RAG, tool/function calling, MCP, embeddings and vector databases.
• Develop backend services, APIs and reusable components supporting AI applications.
• Evaluate and integrate AI models and technologies based on business and technical requirements.

Enterprise AI Architecture & Infrastructure

• Design secure, scalable and production-ready AI architectures across cloud, on-premises and hybrid environments, integrating with existing enterprise systems and infrastructure.
• Address enterprise requirements around security, data privacy, performance, reliability and governance.

End-to-End Delivery

• Embed with customers to understand their workflows, constraints, and measures of success.
• Turn loosely defined operational problems into clear technical plans and production systems.
• Continuously explore new technologies and identify opportunities to improve our solutions and platform.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development, AI engineering or backend development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience developing backend services and APIs.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications using platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini, alongside AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex or AutoGen.
• Understanding of agentic architectures, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, tool calling and context engineering.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs, webhooks and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of production deployment, monitoring, security and operational considerations for enterprise applications.
• Ability to design and deliver scalable, reliable, end-to-end technical solutions.
• Strong business understanding, problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good English communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI tool integrations, LLMOps, AI evaluations, observability, tracing, guardrails and cost optimization.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud-native deployment or DevOps.
• Background in IT infrastructure, System Administration, networking or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with enterprise identity and security technologies such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, IAM and RBAC.
• Experience with private AI infrastructure, self-hosted LLMs or on-premises model deployment.
• Experience with automation platforms such as n8n or Make.
