Our People Advisory practice provides strategic guidance on HR transformation, while our Digital HR Practice provides implementation, development and support for a comprehensive SAP-centric portfolio including SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, Fieldglass and Concur.AKT is seeking a Head of Corporate Operations to own, lead and actively operate our headquarters operational functions, ensuring operational excellence, governance, and scalability across the organization.Reporting to the COO, this is a managerial role with significant hands-on responsibility, and is open for a hybrid mode 3 days a week in our Petah Tikva office in Israel.Key Responsibilities:Corporate Operations Leadership & OversightLead and oversee AKT’s HQ and corporate functions, including IT, Informational Systems, Information Security (Infosec), Legal, HR Operations, and related shared services, ensuring effective execution, alignment with business goals, and scalabilityServe as the central point of accountability for day-to-day corporate operations, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunitiesOptimize interfaces, and decision-making processes between corporate and delivery organizationsHands-On Functional OwnershipPersonally own and actively perform core operational responsibilities within at least one major corporate domain, with a strong emphasis on Legal and/or IT / Information Security (Infosec)Take direct responsibility for operational execution, decision-making, and problem resolution in these domains - not only oversight or coordinationAct as a pragmatic operator who can dive into details while maintaining a broader organizational viewBudget, Vendor & Resource ManagementOwn and oversee corporate budgets, contracts, and vendor relationshipsDrive cost optimization, procurement effectiveness, and smart resource allocation without compromising quality or complianceProcess, Governance & ScalabilityDesign, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, policies, and governance frameworks to support growthEnsure compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices across jurisdictionsExecutive Partnership - Act as a trusted partner to the COO and executive leadership team, supporting strategic initiatives, operational planning, and organizational effectivenessProcess Improvement - Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness across HQ unitsCompliance & Governance - Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practicesJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Law, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree – advantage)5+ years of experience in a senior operational, corporate, or business operations leadership role, preferably in a global or multi-entity environment; experience in a Professional Services company – an advantage Proven hand-on experience in at least one of the following domains: Legal, / Information Systems, and/or Information Security (Infosec).Strong understanding of business operations and process optimizationProven experience in negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and overseeing procurementExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations with a hands-on approachProficient Hebrew and English (verbal and written).
