One of our clients, a manufacturing company located in the Caesarea area,

is seeking a Head of Operations to lead and manage the company's overall operations, including Production, Production Planning & Control (PPC), Procurement, Logistics, Maintenance, and Quality, with responsibility for approximately 60 employees.

What does the role include?

• Overall responsibility for the company's operations, including Production, Production Planning & Control (PPC), Procurement, Logistics, Maintenance, and Quality.
• Developing production plans, prioritizing activities, and monitoring execution to ensure on-time delivery and fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Ensuring achievement of operational targets, including quality, productivity, efficiency, and performance KPIs.
• Leading and managing teams and managers, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and developing employees.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and productivity enhancement.
• Coordinating and aligning activities across operational functions and organizational interfaces to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Managing resources, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to improve operational performance.
• Establishing management routines, performance monitoring processes, and operational standards.

What are we looking for?

• At least 15 years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple operational functions, including Production, PPC, Procurement, Logistics, Maintenance, and Quality.
• Proven experience managing teams and managers.
• Strong experience in production planning, execution, and control, with a focus on meeting operational targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives, drive efficiency, and solve operational challenges.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of operational costs, budgets, and cost control, as well as strong Excel skills.
• Strong business acumen, systems thinking, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and interfaces.
• Very good written and spoken English
