Full Stack Team Leader

Responsibilities

· Lead 5-7 engineers in an Agile environment

· Contribute to products’ vision and subsequent execution

· Oversee the overall development life-cycle, from design/planning to implementation and support to maintain a high standard of software quality

· Provide technical leadership to team members while taking active part in the team tasks

· Mentor and advise teams in code review, pair-programming and more…

· Work with multiple interfaces, to understand product requirements thus translating to successful software design & development

Requirements

· At least 3 years leading development teams

· +5 years in end-to-end applications development (At least 2 years in frontend development- Angular is an advantage)

· Experience in server-side development (.NET) networking, REST APIs, multi-threaded, asynchronous development - A Must

· Excellent design capabilities: understanding requirements, architectural considerations and having the ability to design a flexible, reliable solution

· In-depth knowledge with Scrum/Agile methodology

· In-depth knowledge with code testing methodology (unit tests, integration tests, DI, Mockups)

· Strong leadership skills

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Team player, highly motivated, can-do approach

· Experience with Cloud developments

· Experience with CI/CD procedures

· Advantage for experience with SQL database
