KLA Israel is looking for a motivated and proactive HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team.
In this role, you will partner with managers and employees across several business functions, supporting day-to-day HR activities while helping drive talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. You will work closely with HR colleagues, managers, and employees to provide practical HR solutions, foster a positive employee experience, and support business objectives.

Job Description
As an HR Business Partner, you will:

Partner with managers to support employee lifecycle activities and business objectives.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters and help resolve workplace challenges.
Support talent management initiatives, including performance management, talent reviews, development planning, and employee engagement programs.
Assist leaders with workforce planning, organizational changes, and team effectiveness initiatives.
Coach managers on HR policies, people management practices, employee development, and performance conversations.
Support change management activities and organizational projects as needed.
Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and People Analytics.
Help drive an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance work environment.
Participate in regional and global HR projects and initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements

Master degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner within a dynamic global organization.
Experience supporting managers and employees across various HR disciplines.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
Solid understanding of employee relations, performance management, and talent development practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies is an advantage.
Experience working in a global and matrixed organization.
Experience supporting technology, engineering, operations, or manufacturing populations.
Exposure to organizational change initiatives and workforce planning activities.
Knowledge of Israeli labor laws and HR practices.
Experience participating in cross-functional or regional HR projects.
Willingness to travel occasionally, as business needs require.
