Main Responsibilities:

· Follow up on execution – monitoring the implementation of management decisions and action items.

· Take part in strategic processes and decisions at the C level.

· Participation in meetings and writing summaries and protocols.

· Information preparation – prepare presentations, business documents, and other materials as needed.

· Data analysis – collect and analyze business information.

· Communication liaison – interface with parties within and outside of the company.

Desired Skills and Experience:

· 2-3 years of experience in a similar role - Significant advantage.

· Industrial engineering/Economics degree -Must.

· Experience in the commercial business field (contact, negotiations) - Advantage.

· Experience in High–tech companies - Advantage.

· Experience in working in international organizations - Advantage.

· Experience in working with C levels.

· Full-time job willing to work unusual hours/over time.

· Native or fluent English – Must.

· Financial Background - Advantage.

· High level of MS Office suite.
