What You Will Do
Training Content Development: Design and develop instructional materials for Glassbox product training. This includes creating engaging and informative eLearning course content, user guides, instructional videos, and interactive learning modules
Curriculum Design: Develop comprehensive training curricula that align with learning objectives and Glassbox product features. Ensure that the training content is structured to facilitate easy understanding and retention
Learning Theory Application: Apply instructional design theories and practices to create effective learning experiences. This includes understanding different learning styles and adapting content to suit varied learner needs
Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with Glassbox product experts and technical teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content
Visual Design and Multimedia Use: Employ visual design skills to create engaging graphics, charts, and multimedia elements that enhance the learning experience
Assessment and Evaluation Tools: Develop assessment tools to measure learner progress and the effectiveness of training programs
Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze feedback from learners and trainers to continuously improve training materials Technology Integration: Leverage the latest educational technology and tools to create interactive and dynamic learning materials
What You Will Need
As a Glassbox Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing high-quality training content that is both
informative and engaging. This role is crucial in ensuring that users of Glassbox product have access to effective eLearning materials, aiding in their understanding and mastery of the product. The role demands a unique combination of technical understanding, educational insight, and creative design skills.
Educational Background: A degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communication, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in instructional design, preferably within a technology or software context. Experience with e-learning platforms and digital content creation is highly beneficial.
Skills: Strong content creation and instructional design skills, excellent writing and communication skills, proficiency in graphic design and multimedia tools, and a good grasp of learning management systems.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Glassbox products or the ability to quickly learn and understand complex software products.
Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Creativity and Innovation: Creative thinking and the ability to design innovative and engaging training materials.
