Senior Learning Developer
We are looking for a Senior Learning Developer with significant experience in developing digital learning materials inclouding production, with a strong emphasis on working with AI tools, video and animation production.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in developing digital learning content and producing training materials.
- Experience working with Generative AI tools (such as Synthesia, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar) as part of the workflow.
- Ability to work on both quick-turnaround tasks ("Rapid Turn") and more complex productions, while maintaining high quality.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and make professional decisions.
Significant advantage:
- Familiarity with Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, AI authoring tools.
- Experience producing learning materials and working with Subject Matter Experts.
