IT Support Manager

A cyber-security startup that develops a revolutionary identity protection platform. An IT Support Manager, oversee remote and on-site service desk operations and personnel, deliver assistance to end users, administer IT assets, and offer support to remote employees. Involve hands-on experience in implementing and managing access to the system while keeping a high service level orientation. Support endpoint management solutions across various operating systems. Need strong interpersonal skills will be crucial in fostering positive relationships and providing support to end users within the organization. 6+ years of relevant experience in IT, out of which at least 2 years in a management role, demonstrating progressive responsibility and growth High proficiency in speaking and communicating in English – Must Strong vendor management and procurement capabilities Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with end users – a must Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple assignments Experience with service desk operations and IT asset management platforms (E.g., ServiceNow, FreshService, Jira Service Management) Experience in managing SaaS systems in an organization Demonstrated experience in managing and administering directory platforms (E.g., Azure Active Directory, Okta)
