Legal Counsel

We are seeking a motivated and business-oriented Legal Counsel to join our team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will serve as an in-house attorney, handling a wide range of global legal matters. You will support key departments — including HR, Product, Marketing, and IT — with a focus on intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions. The ideal candidate has experience working with global technology companies and expertise in corporate law, commercial agreements, intellectual property, and compliance.

What you'll do

Negotiate and manage various legal contracts, including complex commercial agreements, HR-related contracts, and service provider agreements
Oversee corporate legal matters and ensure regulatory compliance
Conduct legal research and provide analysis on diverse legal issues
Lead compliance-related initiatives
Handle additional legal assignments as needed

What you bring

5–8 years of experience, including a combination of in-house counsel roles and work at a leading Israeli law firm
Experience working with a high-tech company — an advantage
English at a native level, with extensive experience in reading, writing, and communicating in English
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload
Team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Law degree required
