What You Will Be Doing

End-to-end business and legal partnership: Work closely with business teams, turn commercial ideas and initiatives into legal documents, and come up with creative solutions
Lead complex agreements: Draft and structure complex commercial agreements, and run negotiations on them independently
Work with advanced tools: Use AI tools every day as a built-in part of your legal work
Professional versatility: Cover a wide range of legal areas, including commercial law, consumer protection, privacy, employment law and more
Report to the CLO

Your Skills And Experience

LL.B. degree and a valid Israeli Bar license
At least 4–5 years of experience as a practicing attorney
Proven expertise in at least one of the following: privacy law or consumer protection law
Proven experience drafting complex commercial agreements and leading negotiations independently
Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day legal work
Excellent English (written, reading and legal drafting)
Previous litigation experience: a significant advantage
Experience with, or practical understanding of, corporate governance (corporate structures, drafting minutes): an advantage
Initiative, creative problem-solving, the ability to work with many stakeholders, and excellent interpersonal skills
