Talent Acquisition Specialist

Fiverr is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will help shape our organization’s future by identifying and engaging top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting within a hi-tech company.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
Experience screening resumes and conducting phone interviews.
Experience scheduling interviews
High level of English proficiency, written and verbal.
Experience managing cross-functional recruiting projects or events.
Proficiency with AI tools -AI mindset and experience working with AI-powered recruiting tools
High level of English proficiency, written and verbal.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- Advantage
Familiarity with Comeet Spark Hire (ATS)- Advantage

What am I going to do?:

Source candidates creatively through multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Post jobs on relevant platforms including LinkedIn, universities, and professional networks.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to support a positive hiring experience.
Support campus recruiting initiatives and events.
Collaborate with the recruiting team on projects as needed.
