Recruiter (Temp position)

We’re looking for a Talent acquisition to join our team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will help shape the future of our organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. You will manage sourcing, candidate pipelines, and day-to-day recruitment activities, working closely with hiring managers and HR to define needs, structure interviews, and support confident hiring decisions.

Location: Kfar Saba (hybrid model)

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers & HRBP team to understand hiring needs and define role requirements (skills, seniority, experience, culture fit).
Source candidates through various channels : LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing tools.
Write and post job ads / descriptions on relevant platforms.
Screen resumes / CVs, conduct phone / video / in-person interviews, assess technical skills and cultural fit.
Manage full recruitment process: scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, negotiating offers, closing candidates.
Maintain candidate database, ensure data integrity, and track recruitment metrics.
Provide regular reporting on hiring status, pipeline, etc.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Assist with onboarding and professional handover to HR & hiring managers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition in high-tech environment.
Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing.
Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter), job boards, HR tech/ATS systems (Comeet.), etc.
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced environment where quality and speed must coexist.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders (hiring managers, HRBP, team leads, candidates).
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple open roles and deadlines simultaneously.
High level of English (spoken and written).
Ability to adapt quickly, work independently.
