abra is hiring Data & BI Team Lead

Lead and manage a high-performing Business Intelligence (BI) team of 5-8 professionals, including system analysts, developers, and QA specialists
Lead the end-to-end development of DWH and BI systems, from requirement gathering and design to implementation and production
Collaborate with internal clients to prioritize tasks, optimize resource allocation, and manage project timelines effectively.
Engage with stakeholders across the bank to identify business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
Engage technological innovation by introducing new tools and continuously improving existing processes.
Mentor and support team members, promoting their professional and personal development.
REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in managing technology teams, particularly in BI and data environments.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing BI systems and ETL processes.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, with a strong ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.

• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Pyramid, or QlikView is advantageous.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience leading Agile projects.
