The ideal candidate has excellent, native Hebrew and English level, writing and editing skills, good business judgment, and experience managing employee experience projects and communities.

A Day in the Life
• Provides general administrative support to site leadership including preparing communications and maintaining schedules for Yokneam site Performs normal office functions such as opening PO for employees experience expenses, compiles and reports on information relevant to site employees including HR, cornerstone and presence status reports. Develop and implement strategic plans for employee experience initiatives that enhance engagement and satisfaction
• Elevate the employee experience through communication projects and initiatives that inspire and unite our employees around our corporate goals, vision, values, and culture.
• Coordinate and manage company-wide programs and events.
• Support the diversity and inclusion team to help build a culture and employee experience which inspires and motivates employees – Execute upon GIDE plan.
• Create and manage internal communications such as program launches, updates, leadership letters, townhall, OIP, etc.
• Build and maintain employee recognition programs and events that drive engagement and a strong sense of community

Must Haves
• Exceptional presentation, storytelling, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills (listening, verbal, and written) to tailor information and communication style to different audiences including leadership
• Passion for employee engagement and culture
• Experience managing programs, events, and organizational change
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in developing and delivering content (internal communication preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communication, or relevant field
• Native Hebrew and English speaker level
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link communications and initiatives with business objectives
• Independent, fast moving, who can lead large scale programs and drive influence at all levels of the organization

Nice to Haves
• Experience using data to identify insights and problem-solve and ability to switch seamlessly between strategic thinking and tactical execution
• Proven experience in employer brand management
• Proficient in Excel
