About The Position

RADCOM creates innovative technology solutions that assist global Communications Service Providers in tackling complex challenges related to maintaining their telecom networks. Our team is made up of sharp, curiosity-driven, and dedicated members who work together but also allow for individual expression.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

• 0-3 years’ Software development experience in C++, preferably in Linux environments.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Independent, self-driven, reliable, and quick learner.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research critical problems escalated from productions, provide quick resolutions and root cause analysis.

• Work with product owners and project managers to develop, maintain and optimize features in C++ and Python.

• Navigate through complex, scalable, big data systems in a cloud environment.

• Collaborate with many teams across and outside the organization.
