Job Description

• We are looking for a talented Junior Developer with a strong passion for software development to join our Salesforce team.
• The role involves in-depth learning and hands-on Full-Stack development within the Salesforce environment, under the guidance and mentorship of senior developers — from writing code and assisting in building complex integrations to supporting DevOps processes and deployments.
• Perform Full-Stack development in the Salesforce environment with close mentorship, focusing on learning and building expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Participate in Technical Design discussions and gain in-depth exposure to software solution architecture and design for complex systems.
• Assist in requirements analysis, design, and development of interfaces with third-party and enterprise systems.
• Support the integration of external platforms with Salesforce and assist with managing security certificates and permissions.
• Assist with deployments through CI/CD pipelines and learn deployment and release management processes.
• Support preparation for and implementation of changes related to major Salesforce version upgrades.
• Assist with managing and executing Sandbox Environment Refreshes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering, including practical programming courses and a final project – required. No prior Salesforce experience is required.
• Strong theoretical and practical foundation in software development principles, along with a strong motivation to learn Salesforce-specific technologies (Apex & LWC) from the ground up.
• Willingness and strong desire to learn deployment processes, pipeline management, and software release cycles.
• Basic understanding or academic/theoretical exposure to building integrations and interfaces with external systems.
• Strong passion and drive to learn, grow, and develop technically within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, a proactive mindset, and willingness to learn from and receive mentorship and guidance from senior developers.
