*Fund Services Specialist*

As an integral member of the investor relations team reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, your primary responsibility is to assist potential and existing investors in ION’s funds, including:

* Assist investors in completing subscription documents and guide them through the investment process.
* Liaise with fund administrators to ensure all investors are signed off by them for AML purposes.
* Assist in collecting any documentation or information from investors to facilitate the sign-off.
* Ensure all information for CRS filings is collected and filed as necessary.
* Provide investors with any information or assistance they may need from time to time.
* Furnish investors with any required statements of account, tax confirmations, and information for tax or regulatory filings as needed.
* Support investors in submitting applications to redeem funds and ensure the safe receipt of all redemption funds.
* Keep our CRM software updated with all investor and fund information, ensuring reconciliation with the fund administrator data at all times.

*What we are looking for:*

* 3 year experience in a similar role in a fund or other financial institution
* Highly proficient in English, including speaking, reading, and writing skills – most of the work is in English, so this is a must.
* High attention to detail.
* Service-oriented.
* Comfortable working with numbers and Excel spreadsheets.
* Ability to work independently and learn on the go.
