We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruiting team, taking charge of the entire recruiting process. On this role you'll establish and nurture strong partnerships with cross-functional hiring managers, gaining deep insights into diverse teams and its distinctive culture.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4+ years experience as a recruiter in the high-tech global industry
You are self-motivated and proactive, and have a sense of urgency and get the job done
Experience with strategic sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, for example) and an ATS (Comeet, for example), or the ability to adapt and understand technology quickly
Experience with tracking data and making improvement based on analytics
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
Awesome work ethic, sense of personal accountability, and growth mindset
Strong ability to partner with internal teammates and external partners
You’re not afraid to put yourself out there with potential candidates and new organization

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire global recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers. This includes conducting phone and behavioral interviews.
Work closely with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to develop strategic talent pipelines and refine hiring practices, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Establish and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.
Use Comeet and diverse metrics to implement effective, data-driven hiring processes that facilitate informed decision-making.
Drive creative recruiting and branding initiatives to enhance the employer brand both internally and externally.
