As a Yotpo Associate Operations Manager, you will focus on optimizing the operation of our Revenue Organization. If you like making order out of chaos, working cross-functionally with a range of teams and personalities, and you're always looking for ways to optimize then this job is for you!

We are looking for highly passionate candidates who have relentless curiosity, a solution oriented mindset, attention to details, and willingness to manage multiple priorities.

You will:

Manage complex projects involving various stakeholders.
Define key performance metrics and targets, create reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business.
Collaborate across a range of internal stakeholders: Business applications, BI, Legal, Finance, Product etc.
Facilitate collaboration between different teams across the company
Identify areas of opportunity and weakness and create and execute plans to tackle those.
Design processes and flows - automations and people - to optimize the operation according to the key metrics you will define.
Assist in troubleshooting of operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems and processes to fix root causes.

About you:

2+ years of professional experience, ideally in Revenue/business operations roles, project management roles or consulting
Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights
Excellent communications and exceptional interpersonal skills
Experience with Excel / Google Sheets
Experience in leading complex projects - a must
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
