If you like making order out of chaos, working cross-functionally with a range of teams and personalities, and you're always looking for ways to optimize then this job is for you!We are looking for highly passionate candidates who have relentless curiosity, a solution oriented mindset, attention to details, and willingness to manage multiple priorities.You will:Manage complex projects involving various stakeholders.Define key performance metrics and targets, create reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business.Collaborate across a range of internal stakeholders: Business applications, BI, Legal, Finance, Product etc.Facilitate collaboration between different teams across the companyIdentify areas of opportunity and weakness and create and execute plans to tackle those.Design processes and flows - automations and people - to optimize the operation according to the key metrics you will define.Assist in troubleshooting of operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems and processes to fix root causes.About you:2+ years of professional experience, ideally in Revenue/business operations roles, project management roles or consultingSelf-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at handAbility to translate complex information into easily consumable insightsExcellent communications and exceptional interpersonal skillsExperience with Excel / Google SheetsExperience in leading complex projects - a mustExperience with Salesforce is a plus.#LI-Hybrid
