A leading provider of mobile-first performance solutions, offering AI-powered advertising technology, user acquisition, media buying expertise, and creative production services is looking for a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary business contact for the company's clients and be responsible for their satisfaction and growth.Join us to work with global clients in many international markets!What’s the Job?• Build customer relationships, and act as the primary point of contact during the post-sales cycle• Manage and optimize clients’ campaigns and UA budgets• Guarantee successful delivery of services per customers’ needs and objectives• Collaborate with Sales & Clients teams to understand client’s KPIs and ensure the success of the campaigns• Constantly pursue new business and account growth opportunities• Influence the company’s strategy: product, service and other go-to-market aspectsRequirements:• At least 4 years of Client Management experience• Service-oriented• Analytical and problem-solving skills• Detail-orientedMust:Professional English – Speaking and writing.Advantage:Experience working with B2B international clients at large scaleB.A. in Business Management/Communications/economy or any other related field
