We're seeking a results-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team and take our performance marketing efforts to the next level. Key Responsibilities:
Ad Platform Management (New and Existing)
Assist with tracking, maintaining, and scaling campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other emerging channels.
Coordinate between internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Monitor ad performance and suggest optimizations to achieve KPIs.
New Marketing Channels
Support the development and execution of innovative marketing initiatives to expand reach and drive growth.
Evaluate emerging channels for potential integration into the marketing mix.
Lead Quality and Growth
Build and maintain high-quality lead lists to support performance marketing and partnership expansion.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and targeting criteria.
Data Management and Reporting
Assist in creating actionable reports by pulling relevant marketing data and presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and reliability in campaign tracking and analysis.
Research
Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Present findings to inform campaign strategies and overall marketing direction.
Testing and Experimentation
Support A/B testing initiatives across creatives, messaging, emails, and audience targeting to uncover new growth opportunities.
Document testing results and recommend actionable changes for future campaigns.
Balancing Performance Needs and Brand Building
Contribute to strategies that drive measurable performance while building long-term brand awareness and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, marketing operations, or a related role.
Proficiency in ad platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, or similar.
Experience with B2B performance required, Fintech or Financial Services experience a plus
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
Experience with CRM and lead management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Creative mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
