Full-stack Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Full-stack Team Leader to lead a high-performing engineering squad within our core platform group. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, architectural ownership, and responsibility for the team’s professional growth and delivery of complex cross-stack features.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers.
Own end-to-end delivery of complex features across frontend and backend services.
Drive architectural decisions, ensuring scalability and long-term platform alignment.
Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and monitoring.
Act as the escalation point for complex production issues.
Partner with Product, QA, and Engineering stakeholders to align priorities and execution.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience as a Team Lead (or Lead Engineer managing team output and growth).
5+ years of experience as a Full-stack Developer.
Strong hands-on expertise with Node.js and relational / NoSQL databases.
Proven experience designing scalable services in distributed systems.
Solid understanding of web fundamentals, DOM, and modern frontend architecture.
Experience with CI/CD workflows and cloud environments.
Strong understanding of performance, secure coding practices, and production debugging.

Nice to Have

Experience with GCP infrastructure.
Architectural experience with MongoDB.
Experience with Python or LLM frameworks.
Strong advocacy for Web Accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design.
