Full Stack Development Team Lead

Join one of Israel’s leading banks and take a key role in leading the development of a core banking system. We’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Development Team Lead to manage a team of developers, drive technical excellence, and lead the development of scalable, modern applications.

This is an excellent opportunity to combine hands-on development with technical leadership, working across Frontend and Backend technologies while driving innovation, system integrations, and continuous improvements in a complex technological environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a development team of approximately 5 developers, providing technical guidance and hands-on leadership.
• Drive Full Stack development using Angular, TypeScript, NestJS, C#, and .NET Core.
• Lead system integrations with Microservices and shared infrastructure components.
• Oversee application monitoring, DevOps processes, and version upgrades.
• Work with Git and Azure DevOps to support development and deployment processes.
• Lead UI/UX initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Design and develop shared services, reusable components, and infrastructure solutions.
• Drive innovation and integrate AI development capabilities into the team's work.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a balanced background in Backend (50%) and Frontend (50%) – Must
• Proven experience as a developer and technical lead within a financial organization – Must
• Proven experience leading a software development team – Must
• Hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, NestJS, C#, .NET Core, Git, and Elasticsearch – Must
• Hands-on experience in AI development – Must
• Experience working with and integrating Microservices – Advantage
• Experience writing Unit Tests and performing Code Reviews – Advantage
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders, Product, and UX teams – Advantage
• Strong system-level thinking, analytical skills, and understanding of business requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and execution-oriented mindset.
