Junior Research Analyst

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Excellent strong analytical skills – ideally from working as a data analyst or in a similar analytical/problem-solving role.
High attention to detail within a fast-paced environment.
A Passion for Data and Innovation - A creative thinker who is excited about data and its potential to drive impactful business insights.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with self-management capabilities
Advanced skills in Excel and ideally technical data tools and familiarity with Python and SQL for data analysis.
Fluency in English.
A team player
Advantage: Financial services experience (Banking, Credit Cards or Insurance)

About The Position:

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Research Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. The candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, combined with technical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Perform business research on various information sources (external sources such as the web as well as internal materials, etc.)
Work closely with the product group to explore and enrich big data, and take part in new product evolution
Work closely with the technology units
Research, analyze and organize big data from both technical and business perspective
Collaborating with AI and Data Science teams to support our Model Development.
