SEO Specialist

We’re seeking an experienced SEO & Digital PR Specialist to take ownership of our organic growth efforts. The ideal candidate will not only understand the ins and outs of technical and on-page SEO, but will also excel at securing high-quality backlinks through genuine outreach and media placements on reputable websites.Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute SEO strategies that improve search engine rankings and drive traffic
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits
* Optimize on-page SEO elements including content, tags, meta descriptions, and site structure
* Plan and execute link-building campaigns through outreach, relationship-building, and digital PR efforts
* Pitch and secure placements on high-authority websites, blogs, and online publications
* Collaborate with content writers and designers to create share-worthy content
* Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
* Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and digital PR trendsRequirements:
* Proven experience in SEO (3+ years preferred)
* Demonstrated success in securing backlinks from reputable websites
* Solid understanding of digital PR strategies and media outreach
* Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
* Strong communication and persuasive writing skills
* Experience working with editorial teams or journalists is a plus
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications:
* Agency experience or history of working with multiple brands
* Existing relationships with media contacts or blog networks
* Understanding of SEO for both B2B and B2C markets
