*About Us:*
The *Deutsch Zionistische Bewegung (DZB)* is the first conservative Zionist movement in the German-speaking world. Our mission is to be a strong voice for German-Israeli friendship while combating antisemitism, anti-Israel propaganda, and Islamism.

We focus on education and awareness through social media, promoting European values and advocating for the freedom of oppressed minorities. To strengthen our mission and implement larger projects, we are seeking dedicated individuals to support us in the field of fundraising.

*Your Responsibilities:*
* *Identifying and Acquiring Funding Opportunities:* Establish and maintain relationships with potential sponsors, partner organizations, and donors.
* *Developing Funding Strategies:* Create and execute campaigns to generate donations and financial support.
* *Negotiating Partnerships:* Professionally engage with companies, foundations, and individuals to secure partnerships and sponsorships.
* *Project-Specific Fundraising:* Contribute to the establishment of our new project, *“DZB Management,”* which facilitates collaborations between pro-Israel companies and German-speaking influencers.

*Your Profile:*
* *Experience in Fundraising or Sales:* Proven success in acquiring donations, securing partnerships, or similar activities is a plus.
* *Excellent Communication Skills:* Confidence and the ability to inspire people to support our mission.
* *Self-Motivation and Goal Orientation:* Strong initiative, efficiency, and a results-driven mindset.
* *Passion for Our Values:* A strong understanding of Zionist principles, the promotion of German-Israeli friendship, and the fight against antisemitism and propaganda.
* *Language Skills:* Proficient in German; English skills are an advantage.
