We are looking for a Head of HR Israel in Tel Aviv.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
In your role, you will:

Provide input into cluster HR strategy and initiatives aligned to the business strategy and goals
Implement HR plans and policies to build a culture that encourages high performance and retention of talent
Support business growth or transformation agenda and building organizational capability
Lead and deliver key HR activities both through own teams or centres of expertise and provide HR service portfolio to defined organization
Ensure process improvement and modify/adapt HR processes to better suit the needs
Develop and implement HR policies that comply with statutory regulations and are consistent with internal and external best practices
Act as a trusted advisor to the business and partner with the management team
Monitor deployment of the HR strategic plans and achievement of sub-functional goals to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness
Anticipate, identify, and resolve risks or issues to lead successful deployment of HR strategy

Do you have what it takes?

Essential:

Bachelor's Degree
Language: English and Hebrew are required
Experience more than 8 years in Human Resources Leadership role
Previous experience partnering with the business at a senior management & executive level in a complex environment e.g., multi country/customers
Team leadership – small size team
Prior budget management experience
Proven experience of leading deployment of complex organizational change projects

Personal:

Proficiency in HR Processes
Coaching techniques and facilitation skills
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Employment/Labor Law knowledge
Business Acumen (HR)
Change management and organizational design skills
