Nesher (near Haifa) Full-time Hybrid Responsibilities: Collaborate with product owners and development teams to understand business requirements and ensure quality standards can be met. Develop and execute test plans and test cases. Create and maintain test environments, test data, and testing tools. Perform functional, exploratory, regression, integration and performance testing. Analyze, investigate and troubleshoot the root cause of defects. Report and communicate testing progress, results and defects. Continuously improve the testing processes for efficiency. Education: testing / engineering field or equivalent. Experience: 2+ years as a software QA, doing manual testing. Proficiency: Testing Desktop & SaaS applications, experienced with SQL, API & Scrum. Advantages: Experience in the Hospitality industry, automation tools (e.g. Postman, Cypress, API scripting, automation suites), management tools (e.g. Jira/Zephyr). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Great communication and teamwork abilities. Independence and drive to push projects to completion.
