AI Developer

Growthspace is seeking a skilled and innovative AI Developer to join our dynamic startup team. As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that enhance our products and drive innovation. This role requires a solid understanding of AI technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex AI solutions into real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement AI models and algorithms to enhance product functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to integrate AI solutions into our products.
Work on machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) to create innovative AI features.
Analyze data, perform predictive modeling, and optimize AI systems for performance and accuracy.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
Troubleshoot and refine AI solutions to ensure scalability and robustness.
Contribute to the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, from research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in AI development, machine learning, or data science
2-3 years of professional experience in backend-oriented software development
Experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI tools and frameworks such as LLMs, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Familiarity with Data Science Python libraries like SciKit-Learn, XGBoost, AutoTS, LightGBM, NLTK.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and data processing techniques.
Solid understanding of product development and how AI solutions contribute to user experience and business goals.
Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, adapt to changing requirements, and collaborate effectively with team members.

Advantages:

Experience with MLops frameworks and the ML CI/CD lifecycle.
Proficient in machine learning algorithms, especially in areas such as classification, anomaly detection, natural language processing (NLP), and tabular data analysis.
Solid understanding of product development and how AI solutions contribute to user experience and business goals - big advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent years of experience
