Head of Engineering

Head of Engineering to lead our talented group of engineers and take company's technical infrastructure to the next level. Hands On Lead the engineering team in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-frequency trading systems. Act as a hands-on technical contributor, particularly in system architecture and C++ development. Oversee and improve systems for network optimization, latency reduction, and data integrity. Collaborate closely with the CTO and other stakeholders to align technical priorities with business goals. Ensure high standards for system reliability, security, and performance through rigorous testing and monitoring. Manage team expansion, hiring, onboarding, and mentorship. Drive high-quality performance and professional growth, and foster a collaborative and self-motivated culture. A BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in building, maintaining, and scaling systems (experience with trading/financial systems - highly desirable). Strong proficiency in C++ development and hands-on coding ability. Background in systems and networking, particularly within high-frequency or low-latency trading environments. Experience leading an engineering team with a track record of growing and managing team members. Familiarity with digital assets and related trading environments - highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and adaptability in a hybrid work environment.
