Engineering Group Leader

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Group Leader to lead and expand our teams. 5+ years of experience in software development, with significant hands-on experience in building large, scalable systems. 3+ years of proven management experience, including managing other managers. Problem solver: Has the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks. Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and mindset of “get things done”. Extensive experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment. Strong background in JavaScript/TypeScript, with expertise in Node.js, React, and NestJS. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Experience with AWS services, particularly EKS and RDS, is highly desirable.
