About the position:

We are looking for IT Security Specialists for our professional services teams

supporting IT and information security experts from our client's side, including:

Configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and follow-up on inquiries forwarded to the manufacturers.

A full-time position, including on-call incident response from home.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of practical experience (settings and troubleshooting) working with one or

more solutions such as:

Firewall, WAF, EDR, DLP, Email Security, Antivirus, Endpoint security, etc.

Excellent understanding of network communication processes and protocols.

Must be able to work solo and as part of a team, learn independently, have high verbal

communication skills, and provide excellent service.

Advantage:

Experience with security solutions by Symantec, Trend Micro, Cisco, or Netskope.

Relevant certifications.

Experience:
1-2 Years
