Information Security and Infrastructure Expert JB-5506

We are seeking an Information Security and Infrastructure Expert with a broad systemic perspective, in-depth technical knowledge and strong presentation skills with clients.

The role includes leading hardening, installation and maintenance of operating systems and software, advanced configuration of networks and communication equipment in sensitive and secured environments, alongside participation in client meetings and providing professional and in-depth responses on cybersecurity and information security topics.

Areas of responsibility:

• Providing professional responses in cybersecurity discussions, explaining information security requirements and participation in working meetings and scoping with clients.
• Translating client needs into secure technical solutions and providing professional consulting on cybersecurity and infrastructure topics.
• Performing hardening of operating systems, servers and endpoints, with emphasis on Windows Server and Windows IoT.
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of operating systems, dedicated software and security updates (Patch Management).
• Configuration and maintenance of communication equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs and VPNs.
• Analysis of system architecture, identification of vulnerabilities and providing solutions combining software, hardware and information security.
• Implementation of security controls and information security processes in sensitive and secured environments.
• Handling security incidents (Incident Response) in collaboration with IT and development teams. Ongoing work with clients and professional entities in Israel and abroad.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in information security, cybersecurity and infrastructure.
• Experience and in-depth understanding of information security and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience in hardening operating systems, with emphasis on Windows Server and Windows IoT.
• Experience in installation, configuration and maintenance of operating systems and enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience in configuring communication equipment, including Routers, Switches and Firewalls.
• Good familiarity with communication protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Routing Protocols.
• Knowledge of software, development or writing automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar tools.
• Broad systemic perspective and ability to analyze complex architectures.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients, managers and professional entities Willingness to travel abroad as part of the role.
