As our PPC Specialist, you’ll play a key part manage and optimise performance-driven campaigns across major PPC platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise, a data-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of compliance, tracking, and ROI optimisation in regulated environments. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across:

Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC)

YouTube Ads

Apple Search Ads (ASA)

Other relevant PPC channels as required

Drive ROI-focused performance, including budget management, bid strategies, and scaling decisions

Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks

Ensure campaigns meet platform policies and iGaming regulatory compliance requirements across regions

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing

Analyse performance data to identify optimisation opportunities and growth levers

Produce regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders

Collaborate with creative, analytics, and compliance teams to support campaign success

Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and changes affecting iGaming advertising

What you’ll bring

Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or Performance Marketer

iGaming industry experience is essential

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, UAC, and YouTube

Experience managing Apple Search Ads (ASA)

Solid understanding of tracking, attribution models, and campaign analytics

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimise for ROI

Familiarity with platform policies, compliance requirements, and restricted advertising verticals

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends

Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations

Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards

Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies

Experience scaling high-volume or multi-market iGaming campaigns

Familiarity with tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, or MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)

Exposure to international markets and localisation strategies

Experience working in fast-paced, performance-led environments
