Eitan Medical is a fast-growing international medical device company that develops and manufactures innovative infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are looking for an excellent HRBP to join our winning HR team!

Job Description:

• HR partner for local departments and global sites.

• Responsible for Human Resources activities through the employment life cycle –onboarding, compensation and benefits, welfare, career development, termination, etc.

• Support in HR strategy decision making and yearly plans.

• Responsible for HR System and it’s administration.

• Participate in Welfare and HR projects as a part of our HR team.

Requirements:

• Education:

BA degree
Courses & certificates in relevant fields - an advantage

• Job skills:

2-5 years’ experience as an HRBP/Specialist.
Experience in Global organizations – Big advantage.
Strong ability to diagnose and analyze situations, bringing and promoting solutions to management.
Professional experience and knowledge of labor law.
Ability to work within strict deadlines.
Ability to adapt to constantly changing work environment.

• Computer skills:

Proficiency in all Office tools.
Highly proficient in Excel – A must.

• Language skills:

Fluent English - Writing and verbal

• Personality:

An independent and assertive leader with self-learning abilities, creative, detail-oriented and with excellent inter-personal skills, have a “can-do” spirit and take initiatives.

• Other:

Excellent oral and written communication skills in Hebrew and English, Self-motivated and with ability to cope with stress and great teamwork abilities
