The Design lead role requires a curious and analytical mind, one able to extract user insights and develop compelling experiences. The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically while excelling at attention to detail, be hands-on, work independently and clearly articulate concepts to stakeholders. As a Product design lead you will:

Lead the UX and UI of Craft.io
Create high-fidelity UI guidelines to the dev team
Collaborate daily with Product Managers and Software Developers in order to define, design and deliver extraordinary products
Talk with our customers to pinpoint their pains and needs, then develop the right UX solutions
Create end-to-end detailed design deliverables
Prepare prototypes to validate solutions

4+ years of experience in UX/UI design.

An inspiring portfolio showing us how you have researched and crafted great experiences, seeing them from conception through to released products

Ability to understand and distill complex problems into elegant, informed solutions

Experience defining or working with a robust design system

Experience with CRM or project management tools - big advantage.

Expertise with design tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma) to produce wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes

Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional and multi-disciplined teams

Bonus points: experience in prototyping
