We are seeking a creative Product Designer, who is passionate about UX, design, product and technology.

As User Experience Design, you will be responsible for:

Taking ownership of the product design process - research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and final hand-off to engineering.
Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions.
Leading and maintaining our design system efforts. being an advocate for the design system throughout the company.
Conducting and performing analysis & user research, to solve customer pain points and drive business outcomes.
Identifying and prioritizing opportunities that continually elevate the product experience.
Contributing to the group's shared knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies.
Advocating for the user, ensuring that user needs and feedback are at the forefront of the design.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

3+ years of experience designing complex, data-driven products for B2B SaaS companies with a proven track record.
Have a portfolio that demonstrates your design skills, process, and impact on business objectives.
Experience in building and leading design systems
Have excellent communication skills - ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
Experience and familiarity with a broad range of research methodologies (usability studies, interviews, surveys, card sorting, etc.)
Have the ability to participate in high-level strategy and vision discussions
Be up-to-date with the latest UI trends, UX patterns, techniques, and technologies
