UX / Product Designer

Responsibilities:

* Manage and evolve the company’s Design System, ensuring consistency and cohesion across the platform.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to align design concepts with technical and business objectives.
* Balance multiple design tasks effectively, demonstrating adaptability to evolving project requirements and priorities.
* Deliver innovative design solutions that enhance the usability and functionality of the platform.

Requirements:
* 4-5+ years of experience in UX and product design, particularly within complex web applications.
* A proven history of delivering impactful and high-quality design solutions in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
* Figma Mastery: Proficient in advanced Figma features, including auto layout, prototyping, and variable usage.
* Expertise in identifying and applying established design styles and patterns to ensure consistent and efficient solutions.
* Experience in creating and maintaining Design Systems to establish and evolve design consistency across products.
* A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual, interface, and interaction design, with a focus on solving complex system challenges.
* Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong task management capabilities.
* Adaptable to changing requirements, skilled in multitasking and reprioritizing effectively.
* Comprehensive understanding of the product life cycle, including research, prototyping, design, and usability testing.
