Product Manager – Water Treatment

Join our Engineering team as Product Manager to bridge market needs with the technical delivery of cutting-edge water treatment technologies.

What You Will Do:

Lead the technological development of our product line, from requirements definition to market launch.
Manage the full product lifecycle, including version updates and adaptations based on customer and market needs.
Coordinate between R&D, engineering, sales, manufacturing, and service teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Provide hands-on technical support during commissioning and start-up phases of facilities utilizing IDE unique products, ensuring proper system integration and performance optimization.
Support troubleshooting of operational issues in existing installations, working closely with engineering, service, and operations teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis, providing strategic technology recommendations for future product development.
Prepare and maintain technical requirements documents and oversee implementation progress.
Provide technical and marketing support to sales teams; participate in meetings with strategic customers.
Manage knowledge transfer and develop internal training for products within responsibility.
Analyze customer needs and prepare detailed, customized solution requirements.

Reports to: Water Treatment Process Department Director

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Water, Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering is required
Master’s degree is an advantage.
At least 5 years’ experience in technological product development or management, preferably in the water treatment field.
Deep familiarity with Reverse Osmosis design and water chemistry – Strong advantage.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder interfaces and lead multidisciplinary development teams.
English – Full proficiency
Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and complex problem-solving ability.
Capability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and tight deadlines.
Experience in driving innovation processes and implementing advanced work methodologies.
Ability to travel internationally as needed is essential.
