Job Description

A leading cybersecurity company in Or Akiva is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Specialist for a diverse and dynamic role. The position includes responsibility for maintaining, upgrading, and managing the company’s IT systems, while providing technical support to users across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1–2 technical support to end users (hardware, software, and networking issues)
Install, configure, and upgrade workstations, operating systems, and applications
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization)
Monitor and support network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls) to ensure high availability
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site support
Collaborate with external vendors, service providers, and contractors
Assist with internal IT projects including migrations, upgrades, backups, and security implementations
Support information security policies and ensure compliance with organizational procedures
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT support/help desk role – must
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, VMware – must
Proven experience with networking, communication protocols, and network devices – must
Hands-on experience with remote technical support – must
Familiarity with backup solutions, antivirus, firewalls, and asset management systems
High service orientation, problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities
Fluent English (spoken and written) – advantage
Advantages:
Relevant certifications (MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA, or equivalent)
Experience in production environments or geographically distributed organizations
Scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Bash)
