We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join our team at our company site in Netanya

You will lead the development of innovative Software Defined Radios (SDR) and advanced wireless communication systems

Key Responsibilities:
Perform Product Management (PM), Product Ownership (PO), and Project Technical Management (TM) roles
Lead our unique and diverse R&D teams, including Algorithms, Cyber Security and Cryptography, Embedded Software, DSP, FPGA, Digital HW, Mechanics, RF and Mixed Signals, Firmware, and AI, in developing our next-generation radio technology and products
Manage the transition from R&D to production, leading our production engineering teams and operational processes
Collaborate with business program managers to handle customers both domestically and internationally

Requirements:
B.Sc. is mandatory; M.Sc. or MBA is optional.
Experience in development or leading R&D Hardware teams.
Comprehensive and systemic project view.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while working with multiple interfaces simultaneously
Preferably with a background in signal processing, wireless communication, or communication networks
