Controller

Oversee the activities and responsibilities of the general accountant, including the monthly payroll.
Conduct accounting and reporting functions for the company.
Prepare monthly financial statements including Balance sheet, P&L statement and Cash flow statements.
Assist with the preparation of the annual financial statements and tax returns.
Generate monthly statements for management and Alcon, including the following reports, and any other reports that may be required in the future:
GL
FCRS
APMR
MBR
Assist Company Management with cash management, including accounts receivables, accounts payables and reconciliation of bank statements.
Assist with the annual Budget process.
Assist with the SOX internal control procedures and implementation
