Netline Communications Technologies, a defense high-tech company located in Azrieli Tel Aviv, develops, manufactures and markets electronic warfare defense systems for dealing with drone threats, explosive charges and communication disruptions, for military and security entities in Israel and worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced Controller to join the company’s Finance Department. The role includes responsibility for the reporting of the company and the group companies, annual financial statements, budgets, managing cash flow and banks, management reports, and economic and tax reviews.

The role reports to the Finance Manager and includes managing the bookkeeping team.

Job Description:

• Own bookkeeping and financial reporting for the company and its group subsidiaries.
• Prepare periodic and annual financial statements.
• Manage and control cash flow and budget.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses and insights for leadership.
• Handle tax authority reporting and work with the external auditor.
• Manage and oversee collections, vendors and payments.
• Build and implement internal control processes and process improvement.
• Work closely with management and provide accounting and financial support for decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with an internship completed at one of the Big 5 firms – required.
• 3–4 years of post-internship experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller – required.
• Experience in technology or manufacturing/inventory-based companies.
• Knowledge of Israeli auditing standards and IFRS.
• Experience working with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Experience in cash flow management, budgeting and financial control.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and to lead and manage processes.
• Business acumen and an understanding of management's needs.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Priority ERP – a significant advantage.
• High level of English.
