We are looking for a Documentation representative that will handle the following:
Transmission of the import manifest to the customs and to the ports on time
Handling all operational issues of the import shipments.
Send arrival notice to the clients.
Take care of transferring the containers to the depots.
Handle operational issues of the import shipments with the port / custom / depots
Ongoing correspondence with Zim’s agents all over the world
Correspondence with the Gss team
Handle the CRM mailbox as per the targets
Handle the correctors letters in front of the custom
Improve imports process
Requirements:
You'll need to have:
Academic education – a must
Experience in Customer Service field
Good knowledge of the shipping industry-an advantage
Ability to withstand a stressful work environment.
Ability to perform multiple tasks
High level of spoken and written English - a must
