Commercial Insights Lead

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents & children. As we continue to grow, we seek a *Commercial Insights Lead* to join our dynamic team in Herzliya.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Continuously monitor commercial activities across our global markets (over 80 countries) and develop expertise in global commercial trends.
* Conduct complex market and consumer research to support strategic decision-making.
* Support our sales team by providing them valuable and actionable market insights.
* Present insights and data-driven recommendations to senior management.
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, interpret, and utilize commercial insights.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on business results.
* Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns based on market analysis and data insights.

*Skills & Requirements:*
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Exceptional command of the English language, both oral and written.
* 3+ years of experience in Commercial Insights, Data Analysis, Sales Operations, or similar.
* Proficiency in data analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
* Understanding of data visualization tools and experience in creating insightful reports.
* Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Experience in market research methodologies and consumer behaviour analysis is a plus.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
